English Deventer Toastmasters

We communicate every day, but when we have to speak in front of a group of people it suddenly becomes complicated, or not? What if you could get comfortable in telling your story and take it to the next level, to entertain, convince or inspire your audience? When speaking becomes a passion?

We have good news for you: There is a new Toastmasters Club in the eastern part of the Netherlands, on the banks of the river IJssel, in Deventer! We invite you to come take a look and experience it yourself without obligation. We meet every second and fourth Wednesday of the month from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

At Toastmasters, we learn how to speak in public, to improvise, give feedback, organize and chair meetings effectively. It’s all about communication & leadership skills.

No more fear of public speaking. Convey your ideas and be heard. These are points that we are going to work on together.  We help each other grow by giving positive and constructive feedback in an inspiring and safe environment, because that’s what Toastmasters do!
